Nogen gange er der ikke s\u00e5 meget afpuds og bruge af og s\u00e5 med jeg v\u00e6lge mere kalvefond. Nogen gange er l\u00f8gene ikke s\u00e5 store og andre gange er de. Jeg kan ikke s\u00e6tte helt n\u00f8jagtig m\u00e6ngde p\u00e5, da jeg tager det lidt p\u00e5 slump, men det er heller ikke s\u00e5 vigtig.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f8det afpudses og svitses sammen med l\u00f8g og hvidl\u00f8g. N\u00e5r l\u00f8gene er karamelliseret, tils\u00e6ttes balsamico og det skal nu koges ind til det bliver noget tykkere.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00f8dvin og kalvefond tils\u00e6ttes og koger yderligere ind.
