N\u00e5r panden er varm, saut\u00e9r da l\u00f8gene indtil de er lige ved at v\u00e6re gennemsigtige. Smid derefter svampestykkerne p\u00e5 panden og saut\u00e9r disse i ca. halvdelen af sm\u00f8rret. Krydr let med salt og peber.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Trin 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>N\u00e5r l\u00f8g og svampe har f\u00e5et lidt farve, steg da bacon p\u00e5 samme pande (skub gerne l\u00f8g og svampe lidt til siden, s\u00e5 baconen kan blive svitset lidt direkte p\u00e5 panden. Derefter blandes det hele sammen og der steges igen i resten af sm\u00f8rret indtil det hele er godt m\u00f8rt og pletvist br\u00e6ndt. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Trin 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Flamb\u00e9r nu evt. det hele i et lille skv\u00e6t cognac. Det g\u00f8res ved at man forsigtigt h\u00e6lder en lille smule cognac p\u00e5 panden og derefter s\u00e6tter ild til det med en lighter. Vend det hele forsigtigt rundt for ikke at br\u00e6nde det p\u00e5. V\u00c6R FORSIGTIG MED DETTE OG SPRING EVT. TRINNET OVER HVIS DU ER USIKKER.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Trin 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Nu presses madagaskarpeberet godt i mellem to spiseskeer eller p\u00e5 et sp\u00e6kbr\u00e6t med en kniv inden det kommer p\u00e5 panden med resten. Rod godt rundt og lad det igen st\u00e5 og sm\u00e5stege i et par minutter (tils\u00e6t evt. en smule ekstra sm\u00f8r).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Trin 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Slutteligt, tils\u00e6t fl\u00f8den til panden og smag derefter til med salt, peber og en smule sukker.
